Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
For custom and made-to-order units, please allow additional time for our artisans to craft your perfect piece.

- • Tracking information will be sent once your order ships
- • Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we cannot be responsible for delays due to incorrect information

Our Policy
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs and hair extensions once they have been shipped.
We implement this policy to protect all our customers and maintain the highest standards of product sanitation and quality.
Exceptions
We make exceptions in these specific cases:

- ✓ The item is defective
- ✓ We made an error in your order
How to Request an Exception
- 1 Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- 2 Provide details and photos of the issue
- 3 Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
- 4 We will review and provide a solution (replacement or store credit)
